SGSO milling cutters are widely utilized across various sectors, including mold and die making, component manufacturing, aerospace, general machining, energy, and medical industries. Among these, our core strength lies in the mold and die industry. Today, SGSO has emerged as a leading manufacturer of mold-machining milling cutters in China and has successfully expanded into international markets, dedicated to delivering high efficiency, exceptional precision, and cost-effective value to our global clients.
Our core advantages are reflected in three key areas:
Performance on Par with Premium Brands: The performance gap between SGSO cutters and high-end foreign brands is minimal. In fact, several of our product series match or even outperform top-tier Japanese brands.
Maximum Cost-Effectiveness: Leveraging advanced production and manufacturing technologies, we achieve highly efficient cost control, significantly reducing overall machining expenses for our clients.
Agile Market Responsiveness: SGSO continuously evolves with the industry. We can rapidly and flexibly adjust and upgrade our products to meet specific customer requirements and changing market trends.
Our solid carbide milling cutters are primarily composed of hard carbides (tungsten carbide) and a metallic binder phase (cobalt), along with trace amounts of additive carbides (such as titanium carbide and niobium carbide). Under normal usage and handling conditions, these materials pose no direct hazard to human health.
Our solid carbide milling cutters are categorized into two major series based on the coating type:
HSX Series (Gold Coating): Primarily engineered for high-hardness and high-temperature materials. This includes alloy steel and powder metallurgy steel with hardness ranging from 50 HRC to 68 HRC, as well as heat-resistant alloys such as nickel-based and titanium alloys.
HGX Series (Grey Coating): Primarily designed for soft materials, stainless steel, and copper alloys. Furthermore, due to the extremely smooth surface of this coating, the HGX series is exceptionally well-suited for high-precision finishing applications.
