Conduct regular, fixed-point inspections and sampling during the production process to monitor processing dimensions, appearance, and process stability in real time, and promptly identify anomalies and halt production for corrective action.
After processing is complete, all finished products undergo a comprehensive inspection to verify dimensions, appearance, coatings, and other specifications. Only products that meet the standards are released to inventory, ensuring that no defective items leave the facility.
